I had gone to this place once before and I raved about their services on Yelp. I recently called to request an eyebrow service. The person on the other end HUNG up on me for no reason after requesting an appt. I was So shocked! Do not go to this place due to poor customer service.
Overall experience was great! I felt comfortable the whole time. She’s extremely gentle and clean. Highly suggest if it’s your first time and you’re nervous.
Laura is the best. I go to her for full Brazilians and full legs and she’s super quick and has a light hands so it never really hurts. I’m always comfortable & it’s never awkward. I highly suggest to go to Laura for all waxing services. 5 STARS!
