Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. Shortly after eating, I became very ill, which was concerning. I was also disappointed with the customer service, as some staff members came across as rude and dismissive. Overall, I did not feel welcomed or cared for as a customer, and I would not return.
Not Friendly, I bought three rainbow trout listed at $7.99 each. Before purchasing, I asked if they could be cleaned and was told yes. At checkout, I was charged $100 total, which was unexpected and not explained beforehand. The cleaning took less than two minutes. I felt uncomfortable during the interaction and did not feel the pricing was transparent. I recommend asking for a clear price breakdown before agreeing to any services.
