We had Bon Temp Boilers boil in New Orleans for us and it was a 10/10 experience. Our Nola friends are still talking about how big, clean and delicious they were! We can't wait to do it again! Also I have eaten several times when they boiled at Yard Goat and same experience. The dream team of boiling! Thanks so much!
Last night, I was at a friend’s house who had grabbed a sack of crawfish from Bon Temp Boilers. I’m usually indifferent on crawfish, I may eat them once a year. But I tried one of hers, then tried a few more and had to stop myself from eating her whole sack…they were perfectly juicy, meaty, and spicy.
