I can’t say enough great things about the staff here! Dr. Aktig and the nurses were amazing to work with. I saw them weekly for 7 weeks till wound healed up. They took a horrible situation and made it manageable with long-term plan of care.
I am grateful that I found this office for my care. I had surgical wounds which were not healing as they should have, and seemed to be getting progressively worse as time went on. I sought help from other care providers; my primary, Urgent Care, & two different ER's. No one had the correct experience or knowledge to get me on the road to healing. He was pompous, uncaring, could not diagnose the problem. He spoke to his assistant as though the patient was not in the room. Inspite of seeing a red knee with pus drainage he said there was nothing he could do and was dismissive of other doctors opinions. He needs to retire for the safety of his patients
