This facility is clean and convenient in location however they need more educated technicians in terms of phlebotomy tasks. My mother has been here on three different occasions where they were unable to locate a suitable vein so her CT scan could not be performed only to visit another facility for medical services the very next day who have skilled technicians who have no problem locating suitable veins. Had a great visit at this center. Check in lady was very sweet and helpful in getting my insurance straight. Samantha the U/S tech was GREAT. Very personable, friendly, and efficient. Kudos to the entire team.
I was left waiting in the waiting room for over an hour and was forgotten about. Do not ever show up here after 5pm when the staff leaves. You will be on your own and the er staff can’t help you. Would go somewhere else. I just lost two hours of my life and I was the only one here.
They provide prompt service and have friendly staff.
I’ve been trying for days to get an MRI scheduled and keep getting the run around. Sometimes when I call, I get a message that the phone number is not in service! This is nonsense. Wont be going there!!
