Receptionist was laying down in chair when we walked in on his personal phone, didn’t catch his name. We were greeted with a slap of a hand on a stack of papers on the check in counter. Tell us to read it fill it out then give it back. That is exactly how he said it too . I cannot help but to giggle for the fact a simple hello would’ve been nice. Went today around 6pm. Took my fiancée who had fallen 4 days ago and was feeling worse. We were seen immediately. Nurse could not have been any nicer. Very concerned about John's condition and wanted to make sure he was comfortable. Dr. Diskin was also very nice and had a great bedside manner. I highly recommend this ED.
Fast, efficient visit. If it was busy, it didn’t seem like it and we came at shift change for a cut to chin. All staff from registration, to nursing, to the PA were kind, polite and made my 3 year old feel comfortable. Hoping to not have to return but will definitely come again if needs arise.
