I had a horrible experience dealing with the customer service rep named Angela E Vargas. At first phone call, she rushed me off the phone and told me sternly they did not receive the referral and to call back when I had my insurance card. She was really mean, unkind and didn’t want to show me compassion on my kidney issues, meanwhile I’m already a nervous wreck because of this and going to different doctors and running so many tests. Most of the time they don't pick up the phone. I'm dealing with a urgent medical situation with my bladder & kidneys and it has been such an issue trying to get in contact with them.

Both of my parents are seen here, and the staff and doctors are always helpful and responsive! Would definitely recommend! Especially NP Masha Maslennikov and Dr Voz!

This office is the worst, the staff is rude, unhelpful and some should be replaced asap! I was given medication and I wanted it for 90 days instead of 30 days, like all my other medication, so it's easier for me to get, and I was told NO because it involved the doctor's assistant to do paperwork and she said that she's not doing it, she also told me if I wanted the medication that I needed to call the insurance company myself to get approval, it's not her job! Gianna. D - & Dianna I usually don’t write unfavorable reviews, but this office deserves zero stars. The young woman at the front desk Gianna D. is consistently rude and dismissive. She urgently needs retraining in patient care, another woman by the name of Dianna, who rudely wrote her name on a card and told me my mother was not allowed to use the bathroom on their end and needed to travel to the other side, also needs training.
