Dr. Fraiman took the time to review many details of a complex issue that had gone unresolved by another urologist for 8 months. He asked very important questions and came to a determination of treatment that was simpler and more effective that my previous multi-month process. Top-notch skills with diagnosis and treatment. At the six week follow-up he made me feel like a human person not just a number. His office is busy and staff juggle a lot, but I am deeply thankful for them all.
Went to Dr. Mitchell Fraiman for a vasectomy. Was given an appointment. At the visit he asked why I wanted a vasectomy and that I would receive a follow up call to schedule the surgery. After a week I called his office and was given a referral to another Dr. That Dr. does not perform the surgery either. I followed up with Fraiman's office and they told me that I can pick any Dr. I want...He also ordered a testosterone test and his office told me to call a general practitioner to go over the results. DR. VELASQUEZ am so happy and grateful !!! I was diagnosed with a kidney issue that required surgical intervention. My first appointment was with Dr. Velasquez. After meeting with her, I felt so much better about my impending surgery. I had a 2nd opinion, only for my loved ones, I already knew what my decision would be. Needless to say, the surgery was a success & I am going back to work in 2 weeks. Thanks Dr. Velasquez!! You Rock !!
I saw Marilyn Rosenberg the APN and she was so wonderful and personable. Made me feel very comfortable during my visit. The staff was also very friendly.
