Terrible scheduling staff. You wont be seen on time
My daughter just had her first appointment with Dr. Matt and she felt like she didn’t show any concerns about her ongoing issues or made her feel at ease at all.She was told loose weight and wear different shoes and was out within 2 mins of seeing her.My daughter now 21 has had many surgeries on her knee and feet since the age of 9. 10 surgeries to be exact, take the time and really show concern about her issues. There was no Dr like Chester Sharps, I wish he could still see her.
in full transparency for this review, I arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment however, I called before my appointment to let them know that I would be late and asked if it would still be able to see me. I completely understood if it was just best to cancel and would take whatever cancellation fee was necessary. They confirmed it would not be an issue and I could still see the doctor. after checking in, I sat in the waiting room for 50 minutes. I was then taken back to a room to wait for another 30 minutes.
