I had the pleasure of getting my blood drawn by Crystal. It was painless and quick. She was so sweet and gentle with me. If I ever have to get blood work again I pray I get her.
The staff were kind and professional, and the place is clean and well-organized. However, the lady who took my blood sample seemed a bit older and was a little rough while inserting and pulling the needle, which caused some pain in my hand. She was also moving around during the process, which made it slightly uncomfortable. It would be great if they had younger or more gentle staff for blood draws to make the experience smoother and quicker. Bon Secours Millennium had exceptional staff. Felicia the receptionist was kind, respectful, and helpful. The technologist Melinda has a caring heart for our community and bringing awareness to breast health. She was kind and took time for the images but was quick. (Most women know it is great to get a mammography completed quickly and accurately). Thanks for helping me take care of my health!
Everything that works in labs is nasty and comes with nasty attitudes. If you don’t want to work with the public just get another job instead of being an ahole to everyone else. Happy I was with someone else and they didn’t have to take mines.
It depends. One time, I actually had a lab worker yell at me. I have been back since and have been treated very well. It is hit or miss at this lab.
