Quick, easy to get to, the staff were very kind. The lab draw person was excellent
Do not use this lab. If you are scheduled to go there ask your doctor to send you somewhere else. They do not show up for work and you’ll waste hours waiting.
I had to wait 40 min at the lab. Staff was excellent but Bon Secours only had one person taking care of the front desk and the blood draw at the same time. I had to leave after 45 min waiting time.
Went here to meet my first child. First of all, I had a great OBGYN, funny, caring, and very good at what he does. But then I tend to find the majority of St. Francis or Bon Secours physicians and staff to be a step above the rest. Second of all, I ended up finding out I had developed pre-eclampsia upon admittance to the delivery ward because the first thing they did was check.
