We have had a very good experience so far. The ER nurses and staff were wonderful despite how crazy busy they were. The telemetry staff have been wonderful. Good communication and kind workers. That makes hospitalization such a better experience. Thank you.
Absolutely the worst care and experience. I would highly NOT recommend it. The doctor was rude and didn't even listen to my full complaint and wouldn't allow me to respond to his so-called diagnosis. (Which I'm pretty sure has everything to do with me mentioning mental health. I was experiencing sharp, stabbing pain in my left quadrant of my left breast. I have never experienced anything like this, and I thought I was having an heart attack. I entered the ER at 12:05 am and immediately, the staff was prompt on performing an EKG. I had heart enzymes performed plus a chest x-ray. The staff was very professional and efficient. I knew I was in good hands with Dr Hoffert and RN Jacob. My diagnosis was pneumonia, which was unexpected. I rate the staff and facility 110%.
