I had jiffy knee replacement on 7/17/24 with Dr Patel. He's not the "friendliest," but I'm not going to him to make a new friend! He's an excellent surgeon, and that's what matters to me! His staff are incredible! Kind, patient, attentive, that works for me. As far as PT, I've had lots for different things. I LOVE this place because it's not crowded, the therapist work together as a team, they are accommodating. I feel like I get a good session each time!
This practice has the process down. Everyone has been nice and the surgery center in Suffolk was top notch! Really impressed with his procedure and glad he had this procedure to help me. Dr. Patel is a great surgeon!
Waited 2.5hrs for the doctor to RIP the bandage off of a laceration on my knee. Then the nurse looked at my wife like she was going tohit her. This is the second time i have been seen by this office and the last!!!!
All therapists i had were excellent. Did a great job. Very personable and made you feel welcome. But did their well .
