Daquan was amazing! Great customer service and his is funny! Very thankful he had the patience to help me. The MRI guy (latino) is good too! Very personable and funny. I Appreciate them!
If I could rate this below 1 star, I absolutely would. Extremely poor customer service, with a major lack of empathy and compassion. Michelle at the front desk could use some In Service training on communication and customer service. Today my adolescent son was neglected, and denied services due to being 10 mins late for his appointment. After waiting weeks in pain for this day. This whole visit exceeded my expectations! I went in for a mammogram. As soon as I walked into the facility, I felt welcomed and comfortable. It took me no longer than 15 minutes to get started. My mammographer, Trisha (I believe that was her name), was the most kind and friendly person I have ever met! I appreciated how thoroughly she explained everything to me. This imaging center was able to accommodate us with an MRI appointment the same day! I was so grateful! From the appointment setting, to the customer service at the actual facility, to the MRI Imaging Technician, wonderful experience! I’ve been a bit nervous about the “unexpected” of the outcome so having experienced empathetic and patience from all employees I came in contact with on today, was super important to me. Thank you Short Pump location! You all rock!
