I was a bit confused by an er being in a “medical plaza.” When I went in the waiting room to see if I could be seen, the woman upfront immediately asked if I had an appointment. I told her no and asked if walk ins could still be seen. She was very rude and barked that I’d still have to pay a “emergency room charge” even though that wasn’t my question. I went in for stomach cramping of 3.5 weeks and I was seen within 10 minutes. The doctor came into my room right away and told me what testing he would do which was done in less than an hour. He was very caring and explained everything. Within an hour all testing was done and another doctor came in and gave her diagnosis. She was extremely kind and caring. The nurses were very kind and caring as well and checked on me constantly to see how I was and if I needed anything. The absolute best ER experience I have ever had.

Really puzzled by the negative reviews. Staff was super friendly, got in and out of there relatively quickly and my diagnosis was spot on. Hope to never go again, but if I had an emergency they would be my first choice!

My entire visit this morning was a true blessing. I walked in a broken and defeated man due to an onslaught of illnesses and I left out there with something I hadn’t had much of in 6 months, Hope! Entire staff was on point, Solid! Thank you!!! I may have accidentally hit two stars, absolute 5

So thankful for the care I received last Wednesday, 3/26/25, when i walked in with severe abdominal pain and was able to be seen pretty much immediately. Everyone was reassuring and helpful - so lucky to have this facility in Short Pump near my office!
