I was very pleased with my interactions with the staff at Bon Secours Emergency Room. Staff members checked in on me regularly, including the doctors. The tests conducted were performed efficiently with ongoing narratives of what to expect. All staff were polite and professional, showing compassion and concern for my situation. Thank you for helping a "terrified" senior feel listened to, seen, and respected.
Nurse was great, but Dr Lee on duty would not administer any pain relief when my BP was over 200s/100s. Had to go to St Mary’s the very same evening in excruciating pain. I was there 6 hours but at least was given pain relief.
