Bon Secours billing system is a JOKE! They've repeatedly charged us and not billed our insurance. I originally paid the down payment for my son's surgery, when we set it up back in February which was a week before his surgery. On surgery day, they had trouble even showing a payment, so I provided an emailed receipt. I wish I could say this was the only issue lol! Would not reccomend. Their records department is horrendous
In January 2025, I began receiving bills for a doctor visit in October 2023. The bill was paid in 2023, but the bills have not stopped arriving. I have had the situation escalated multiple times and there’s no resolve.
