Me and my mother came in today for her appt at 1:00 with Dr. Rumi. For starters off the bat he used a very condescending tone, very dismissive and rude to my mother like she doesn’t know what pain she’s in. He would ask questions then dismiss our answers. You all may have had a good visits here , but we DID NOT!! Dr. Rumi is too arrogant and dismissive and spoke to us like we’re beneath him. I wouldn’t & I won’t recommend him to anyone!!
Don't know why this place has any bad reviews been nothing short of perfect in the two years I have been coming here
Was turned away from my 3:00 appointment at 2:48 because I was “too late.” Apparently you’re required to arrive at least 30 minutes before your appointment, but they won’t tell you that until you get there!!!
