I rarely write reviews, but felt it was imperative to inform other potential patients as to how disgusted I am with this practice. I have 2 family members who had been using this practice for a few years. Recently one of my family members was seen by one of the practitioners & they had a medical issue that needed to be followed up on. Judy is really nice and helpful. The whole staff seems to genuinely care about patients and has good experience. Dr Chen is really lovely and intelligent
Initially went to this establishment to get a yearly check up. My first experience was with Doctor Gluck who absolutely does not care to listen. She yells and overides every me in every way. Listening to your patient is the most important part of your assessment. I was hesitant to go back for a second appointment but I thought since I already established my medical records there and she's done a previous health assessment on me that I would give them another try.
