So far I am having a terrible experience with this group. 1. Scheduled an appointment. Only for name to be crossed off because they thought they called my partner. He left because it was time for him to go to work. So the wait was over an hour. 2. They billed my insurance for an appointment that NEVER took place. I now am fighting an $800 visit that doesn’t exist. 3. My partners prescription that is required for his cardiac CT scan was never sent out. I had an appointment at 2:00 PM and it was already 3:00 PM and they hadn't even called me, even though there were other people waiting. They don't know how to schedule appointments and they don't care about wasting people's time as long as they have more patients per day and make more money.

I had scheduled an appointment months in advance. When I arrived, my paperwork was taken immediately, but I had to wait for an hour. Others who came in after me were seen and left, while I continued to wait for the doctor or nurse. I eventually asked when I would be seen I was informed soon. I wanted to reschedule but was told the wait was another two months. When I pressed for more information, they didn't even know which doctor I was supposed to see.
