They don't follow through. Had surgery last year. Having bad pain in stomach now. Twice have had blood in urine. Was so tired of the roller coaster but thought I would give them one more try. Have appointment next Monday and they wanted me to have blood work. Of course when I go where they told me the order had not been sent. Hour round trip wasted. So frustrating.
