I am pleased to note that my therapy is being provided at a highly regarded location. The staff at the front desk are exceptionally courteous, my therapist is outstanding, and it's worth mentioning that the entrance is located in the rear of the building. I am immensely pleased to be a patient here.
The staff is top notch from top to bottom. It starts when you walk in and you are greeted by the front desk staff. I highly recommend this location. The OT and PT team is the best. I have never been to a therapy location where they really care about you getting better. They brainstorm on different things you can do to help your progress.
Severely UNDERSTAFFED‼️ They cancelled my 1st two appointments I had scheduled with them as a new patient because one therapist was either out or sick. I just transferred to another office because this was my 1st impression with the office and I knew it was going to get worse. I never had a chance to get my first evaluation because of their staffing issues‼️
