I have a really good Doctor at Bon Secours office
Great group of therapists.
I love this place. I use to workout and run everyday until i had a back injury while working. I was out for alittle over 2 months. I have to say I was leary about doing Physical therapy at first but was desperate. I didnt want to be on pain meds or nerve medication so, to me, this was my only option.Thank god I did it. Receptionist are so nice. Peyton and Roland are amazing. They make you feel like you're home and happy to see you when you walk in. They listen and are very thorough. Spoke with the office coordinator Leeann .B, she was extreamly rude. Poor customer service, unprofessional tone and lack of empathy twords patient care. She has no business working in healthcare especially during a pandemic when everyone is struggling enough to get the care they need!
