Employees that aren't vaccinated are making it difficult for everyone else.Why is it not mandated to get vaccinated? The residents are a captive audience.It is their home.I don't see how that is fair to them.In fact it is dangerous to them.Nursing homes were where the most people died!These Nursing home administrators are putting profit over people.They should be held accountable.The unvaccinated should have to wear N-95, surgical mask, face shield and isolation gowns ALL DAY while with the residents.
