I was recently diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy and came here for urgent care for SEVERE symptoms that can risk my life. My provider, PA Jana Galyo, told me her hospital was church-owned and therefore she “couldn’t help me much.” She claimed she wasn’t there to judge…then looked me in the eye and judged me anyway. If Im in the ER for eight hours, consider me admitted...ridiculous how slow they are, when it's empty. HOWEVER, that doesnt take away from the staff who are always amazing!! Its only the wait tme that needs fixing.
I was there July 10, 2025. Everyone was exceptionally courteous and professional. It made my experience better than I had anticipated.
