I was recently diagnosed with an ectopic pregnancy and came here for urgent care for SEVERE symptoms that can risk my life. My provider, PA Jana Galyo, told me her hospital was church-owned and therefore she “couldn’t help me much.” She claimed she wasn’t there to judge…then looked me in the eye and judged me anyway. If Im in the ER for eight hours, consider me admitted...ridiculous how slow they are, when it's empty. HOWEVER, that doesnt take away from the staff who are always amazing!! Its only the wait tme that needs fixing.

I went to the ER on 5/12/25 at 9:12 a.m. thinking I had a UTI. My blood pressure was extremely high when I first went in and continued to fluctuate throughout my visit. After blood work was done, Dr. Clarence Clarke, DO came in. I explained to him my concern and since the UTI test came back negative, he said would perform a pap test.
