Don’t even bother making anything appointment. Had an appointment, got there to check in and No one was at the desk - there were probably 10 people in line. Finally, I checked in and The lady at the front had me write my information on a sticky note. I waited for a little until I realized it would be awhile. Went to tell the front desk they can take me off and I wasn’t even on the list. I would go elsewhere if you can

Going to schedule an appointment next time and see how the wait is. I walked in at 7:15AM this morning (had to wait 5 minutes to check in because there was no one at the desk), I was called for registration at 8:30, then called back to get my blood drawn at 8:50. 4 stars because the phlebotomist was amazing and easily one of the best I’ve had. She’s the sole reason I’ll be coming back to this location.

Went for labwork entered @9:50 on 5/19/2025. Was called at 10:40 for registration. This registration system needs a complete overall. There is no reason to wait almost an hour for registration when the waiting room is no where near full. Ridiculous

Waited 1.5 hours to get lab work done this morning 3/14/2025. They need help and guidance and a better system of getting patients checked in and registered. The waiting area was full of restless people. Bon Secours needs to hire more staff and blood techs.
