My wife, mother in law, and myself now go to this facility since we have switched from northern Suffolk. ( Oct 2023) They are very friendly people and to be honest, they take their time to ensure they have answered all your questions/concerns. Very personable staff and we enjoyed are visit.
Ever since March 2020 you cannot get through to a nurse to get anything done. THEY ARE COMPLETELY NEGLIGENT!!
