I broke my foot August 28th. Went to Piedmont Ortho Sept 3rd. They said they had to do a MRI which was Sept 10th. Today is the 13th and still not MRI posted in My Chart. I am suppose to return for results on Sept 18th. I am 79 years old and I’m lots of pain. Dr.  Simms is supposed to be my Dr. but instead I get a PA.  This place isn’t even worth 1 star. Please save yourself some pain and anxiety and don’t go to this establishment. They can blame it on insurance or anything but I know my MRI can be read in a day. In the meant... read more

No one EVER answers the phone at this company or if you even want to call it a company so to speak!  They are the WORST for a person “trying” to receive help in this area that I have ever seen.  I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE!!  They are irrelevant on Dr records , notes etc.  do NOT go here!

I would give her a zero but it isn’t available. She has a high opinion of herself but her ethics prove otherwise. Dishonest; lacks bedside manners. Don’t waste your time.

Dr. Smith ruined my life. First of all, during appointments he hardly spoke to me and just mumbled to himself rambling through my appointments. It was worse on the two appointments I brought my husband in with me in case I forgot anything. He wouldn't even look at me. Just stared at his computer mumbling. But what is even worse, he made a false statement to my disability insurance regarding a condition of mine causing them to terminate my disability so I now lost my income. Tollison said X-ray and MRI looked good on my bum leg. Sent me to Jamie for spine check. She said X-ray and mri ok. After she gaslit me, suggesting we all have aches and pains now and then and why don’t just go back to work and see how it goes, she sent me to Andrew Marrs for steroid injection and to manage my care. Andrew refused to give the injection telling me I was fine and should go back to work but find another job where I wouldn’t have to use my leg so much. The doctor I saw was great. The check out was unprofessional in my opinion. During my time in lobby there was laughing and loud speaking amoung some of the office staff. When I went to check out one lady was on cell phone. I saw several staff walking around with cell phones. Im not use to so much personal chit chatting and laughter in a doctors office where I can hear everything. I was not impressed with that part or the cell phone part. Doesn't look you in the eye....extremely long wait times...always over an hour...Doesn't listen to concerns...hard to get anyone on the phine...crappy job on my surgery...scar is awful...didn't even cut a near straight line...he is always rushing thru visits. I can say his office staff was professional but that is about it...I will be finding a different urologist!!
