Staff were very friendly and comforting during a very scary middle of the night emergency visit.
My experience was nothing less than amazing. From staff at front desk, all techs, nurses as well as Dr were super friendly and very personable. They made me feel like I was family and was very appreciative to be a part of that family. They staff provided excellent and top notch patient service.
I don’t even know where to start……I had to take a family member here who was in extreme pain (loudest in the waiting room), when I ask how long would the wait be front desk receptionist was very rude and showing no signs of URGENCY even though it’s an urgent care 🤦♀️ 15 minutes later she wants to come out and be rude once again and decides to say “We are only a 10 bed facility so we’re waiting on a room” right after that he’s finally getting called to go to the back (If I didn’t say anything I’m pretty sure it would have b... read more
