This is the best emergency room! The doctors are very thorough and they also answer every single question about my diagnosis!! Boo is my favorite nurse he is hilarious!!!! Bon Secour is my favorite ER and the only one that I go to and take my family to!!!! 5 stars and a heart for me!!!

As a medical professional myself, definitely avoid this place!! Dr. Stadler is a sad excuse for a “doctor”. I needed help, and he rolled his eyes at me and refused to treat me.

I just want to say, this was the fastest care i received ever at an emergency room. They seen I need help & things were getting bad & they meant they were going to get to the bottom of it, so they could properly treat me. I am truly thankful for the team of nurses & my doctor that I had on yesterday. Karen as my main nurse was amazing! Madison you are a fantastic doctor with great explanations, along with your team of dedicated nurses. Yesterday, I visited Bon Secours - Colonial Heights Emergency Care and was impressed by the staff's attentiveness from the moment I arrived. Although I had tried to manage my gastrointestinal virus on my own, I eventually sought help and was diagnosed with severe dehydration, requiring an IV.
