Very nice, clean, modern facility. Was greeted warmly as soon as we walked into the door. The person who checked me in was so kind, helpful and compassionate. I was seen on time and never made to wait in the exam room before the procedure. The MRI techs were friendly and kind taking time to explain the process. Overall an excellent experience.
This is new and clean facility, open and inviting. Plenty of parking, and conveniently located on route 1 between 288 and route 10. I had my annual mammogram upcoming, and somehow I ended up in Chester Imaging center, didn't know this was even here. Receptionist was fast but courteous, and the wait was not long. My Radiology tech, Bethany, was absolutely awesome! She was genuinely friendly, caring and very patient with me, can't say enough praises for her!
I am writing this review based on the very satisfying experience that one of my patients had at his Imaging Center. She went there for a mammogram about a week ago. The Receptionist and the Radiology Technician were very courteous and helpful in getting her mammogram done promptly. I would highly recommend this facility.
Don’t try and call this place! If they answer they give the run around. I’ve been trying to call for a week bc I need images on a disk for an appointment on the 26th (Monday) and it just rings and rings and rings and then hangs up. And I finally got someone today 2/19/25”4 at about 12ish and they were rude and tried to talk over me! And then when she transferred me to the department I needed no one picked up it rang and rang called back same lady picked up again and said hold on transferred me AGAIN did the same called back ... read more
The first time I went, everything was great 👍 👌. They got 5 starts for me eventhough I waited a long time for them to come in and check me out and another LONG time to come back after they took labs and chest xrays. Everyone was friendly and great. The 2nd time TODAY was horrible. The wait was long and the Dr that came in and said he'd heard that I'd told what happened to the others 5-6 times.
