I have been to this ER four times and I have been treated quickly and with care.
8/9/2025 I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. I came in at 1am in extreme pain. They gave me Toradol and a muscle relaxer. The pain was still not controlled, and when I told the dr I was still in pain he started treating me like a drug seeker "we will not be giving you opioids tonight." Then when I got tired of his smart aleck attitude I asked him if he treated everyone this way. He just kept repeating "do you have any other questions?" Over and over. I received prompt excellent care from everyone that I encountered there. I would highly recommend going to this emergency room. The staff is caring, and the doctors have excellent bedside manner.
Update to my original review a year ago The current ER staff is amazing, attentive, knowledgeable and has treated myself and family numerous times for a variety of mild to severe illnesses/conditions The wait is short treatment and labs are about the usual 2-4 hours. I come out with a diagnosis, treatment and a follow up with my PCP or Specialists immediately.
