Couldn’t be happier with this entire staff! My husband was having heart problems and they registered and treated us right away. They properly assessed and advised us of a successful treatment plan. They were very comforting too as I was scared for my husband’s safety and recovery ❤️🩹. A special thank you to Dr. Diskin and our main nurse Tania!!! Went here with a serious injury and unfortunately had to be in the waiting area for over 30 minutes, they had no sense of urgency and definitely didn't have much empathy, the receptionist was pretty rude and was even making indirect suggestion stating if I can't wait to go somewhere else. FYI if you have a true medical emergency DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!
If I could leave zero stars I would. Came in for worsening back pain and was met by a provider who spent less than two minutes in the room with me. I do not feel like I was taking seriously or even listened to, I was asked if I abused IV medication’s, I have never used drugs in my life nor smoke tobacco or drink alcohol. Was denied pain medication. I wonder if I would’ve came in in my scrubs if I would’ve gotten better treatment as I work in the medical field and work with some providers with this similar mindset So I know w... read more
