Horrible customer service! I placed an order for in stock item and after not hearing anything regarding shipment, I followed up 3 times for order status. After the 3rd request I received a rather rude email back from them stating basically that they’ve got 700 orders ahead of mine and that I can just cancel my order cuz there’s lots of demand for my table. When I again asked for an expected ship date, they cancelled my order! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional… See more
Be very careful and read their return policy... they don’t offer refunds, only store credit. You need to be quite certain of your purchase, and it’s probably not a great idea for gifts. For this reason alone, I will never shop here again.
Beautiful store. Original products, good prices, and delightful service. Great for home or gifts or just yourself. I wish we had one close to us. I'll be back next time I'm in Santa Fe.
