Incredibly delicious.
Took this workshop class with three of my friends and really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance! It’s a small class (around 10–12 people) and runs for about 3 hours. You’re paired up with someone, then start with a glass of champagne and three sweet and three savory macarons to taste. After that, everyone picks a flavor to make. A 4100+ kilometre journey well worth the transit. Absolutely amazing 😍 and survived perfectly (despite Canada Post's efforts 🙈)
I did a macaron workshop with my daughter and we had such a great time. You make almost 40 macarons and then you get 3 of each persons so you end up with 12 flavors and 38-40 macarons. I would highly recommend this.
