I’m sharing my full experience because it was honestly a mess. I booked a month in advance for a 1 pm to 3 pm appointment for both a hair color and a trim. When I arrived, I decided I only wanted to do the trim. They told me that since I had booked both services, they needed to start the color at 1 pm and do the trim at 3 pm for their “time management.” Then they said if I only wanted the trim, I should leave and come back at 3 pm — and I agreed. September 2025 Update: Bon hair has moved but still amazing! I still go and see Sunny after 7 years of her looking after my hair! After noticing an increase in hair loss prob due to stress, I have been receiving regular scalp treatments by Emma - a super talented hair treatment specialist. She first uses a special machine to magnifly and diagnose my scalp before applying a myrid of special treatments!
