Grace is great & very professional. I love the ability to book on her site and to receive appointment confirmation & also appointment reminders. My knotless braids are always meticulous. I receive so many compliments.
I was a walk in and they were very kind and was able to take me as soon as I walked in. All the ladies were very nice. They all worked together and got the braids done with in 4 hours. I like where they are located.
I was on facetime with my homeboy who got his braids did and she started going off on him when he asked to get back fixed. Heard her going off and saying racial comments bout Mexicans.
did not have a good experience here, was yelled at for asking for braids to be shortened. Grace took offense to me asking for that and said things such as “you do not appreciate my work,” & “you hispanics don’t know.”
