Tiff has done my nails in the past and they always turned out so great. Recently, Haley did my extensions and I am absolutely in love with them. They are BEAUTIFUL! As a natural redhead, it’s so hard to find someone who can perfectly color-match my shade, and Haley nailed it. On top of her talent, she has such a fun/ funny personality that makes you feel comfortable and entertained the entire time. I couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out and highly recommend this salon! ❤️
Terrible customer service
I'd give a 2 and a half but it won't give half options for hairstyling. I'll start this by saying I am happy with the end results of my hair. The experience and customer service is what knocks down the rating. I have only gone to a salon to get my hair done professionally 4 or so times in my 35 years of life. I don't have a ton of experience of what the norm is supposed to be like.The place is very small which wouldn't be an issue by itself but when it's full it can get very, very loud. I made an appointment to have my hair fixed from another salon. Whitney was so friendly and explained me how she was fixing it. She gave me exactly what I wanted. I walked into the grocery store right after I left the salon and the first stranger I saw complimented my hair.
