Yes this WAS a special store for me as I shopped regularly there. I always bought stuff for me and also for gifts anything which I liked regardless of price. Until I bought an item for a gift, not described as expected, inferior fake product. Called store, was told we can refund or credit only to avoid any arguments with customer and if it’s still in package and not used. Agreed and Surprise! Upon going to store. This store and website have amazing quality products, and I would recommend for all to go to this store because of their top-of-the-range products.
This is a special store with extra large pots, large round trays and special Coffee pots. So it is not your ordinary kitchenware store. I received very good service as the staff were very helpful and friendly and came around with me to show me what I was after.
