I ordered oil rubbed bronze fireplace screen. I received light brown. It looks totally different than what was on display in the store. When I purchased them they told me "they were instock doors and that they just had to be ordered. That custom doors were more expensive and had to be templated from them". After asking for an exchange for my " brown stock doors" to black ones they stated that "they were custom doors". Absolutely an amazing experience. The showroom was so beautiful with so many different types of gas fireplaces. The sales staff was also amazing. The sales lady who worked with me was very kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the products they had available. I’m looking forward to working with them.
The process of replacing a 20-year-old gas insert took a little time. But the final product definitely looks great and increases the value of our home. Small hick-up, but their service department handled it over the phone promptly.
