Great people that want to help you!! I came in ready to do away with my gas logs and buy something else. I ended up with a service call and better performing logs. Honest folks. Great showroom too!!!
I ordered oil rubbed bronze fireplace screen. I received light brown. It looks totally different than what was on display in the store. When I purchased them they told me "they were instock doors and that they just had to be ordered. That custom doors were more expensive and had to be templated from them". After asking for an exchange for my " brown stock doors" to black ones they stated that "they were custom doors". Their only offer was to take it back and for it to sit in the store and get reimbursement when someone buys ... read more

Absolutely an amazing experience. The showroom was so beautiful with so many different types of gas fireplaces. The sales staff was also amazing. The sales lady who worked with me was very kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the products they had available. I’m looking forward to working with them.
