Poor customer service. Phones ring off the hook with no answer. When answered, call transferred around with long wait time. No update at all on repair or status of repair. When call for update just met with the same response , no answer.

I don’t know Kevin O’ Conner however I do know Scott Ericsson in maintenance....phenomenal customer service and is the reason I have been a loyal customer for the past 8 years. When or if he leaves, so will I.
