After a $10,000 motor rebuild I found out they did not change the motor mounts. i made this request in November 2024 when they redid the motor ---makes sense as the motor is out and easily accessible and the mounts are 10 years old. However I found out they did not do the motor mounts upon pickup and I needed a right u joint drive assembly. Ok I paid for the assembly and motor mount issue-- and found out on 8/22/25 (within the nov 2025 warranty time) that the lower motor mounts were not done. It's rip off shop, When oil change says 39.00 including oil and filter means 39.00, but they charge $ 5.5 extra for miscellaneous. Really miscellaneous for oil change, I never got charged for oil change miscellaneous in any shop.
The service department and crew is top notch! They made me feel at home from the time I pulled into the service area until the time I was done. I decided to wait for my vehicle because I felt appreciated. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Now I can’t wait to go back for my oil change! Phenomenal service!!
