I have bought two Nissan Titan's from this dealership. The customer service has been above expections. Ian in the Service department is wonderful. He always makes you feel like family and keeps you informed of time lines of completion and what needs to be done on your vehicle.
From the start, service was easy and welcoming. I was shown where to take the car, and as soon as I got out, I was welcomed and taken care of by Ian with a smile and professionalism. The duration of service was accurately estimated, the waiting area was perfect for the work I had planned to do, and Ian came to give me an update. Wonderful experience and excellent service!
Took my car in for first oil change. Micheal was very friendly and professional offered free wash and vacuum. Got me taken care of. I love being a Bommarito customer.
