They always get me in at the time of my appointment. Hospitality is great! Always at a very reasonable time depending on the service that is needed. My car is left clean inside and out.
Faster than usual but...after arriving home and parking for 2 days. I left for work only to return a few minutes later to switch cars due to the discovery of a decent size leak left behind. It was wiped up and my husband crawled under the vehicle to find a large area of my undercarriage covered in oil and an active drip. Later that day, vehicle was moved and a new puddle had formed.
