Do not go here for an estimate! Charged $100 for an estimate and told that I would get it back once the repairs are completed. My car was totaled from hail damage by my insurance and they won't refund my $100. Customer service has dropped significantly at Bommarito. It seems that Bommarito gives at best a perfunctory evaluation. They totaled my car without any real thought. You would think they would have some time to serve their customers, but no. They efficiency, whatsoever. The experience was very demeaning. The staff are incompetent, and treat their customers as an inconvenience, something less than human. At no time did I feel valued. They mostly ignored me. They treated me as if I had the plague. They tried to force me to sign statements that weren't true.
Bommarito Collision is great. Stephen, at the start, was very professional and explained the process to me in a way a layperson understood. The young lady at the front desk made check in easy and arranged courtesy transportation to the rental company. When I picked up my car, the lady at check out was pleasant and efficient. Best of all, my car was beautifully repaired. Thanks, Bommarito!
