This is the worst auto body shop I have ever dealt with. They are extremely unprofessional. This is from the receptionist to the general manager. Their communication regarding your repairs is non-existent. I tried to escalate my concerns to a manager and he was just as dishonest as the project manager i was dealing with. I got my car repaired at Bommarito Honda Collision Center & after keeping my close to 8 weeks. After I got my car back it’s still having issues with AC compressor making noise and door handle not functioning properly. I have reached out them back and been kept on hold last week or so, stating they have no loaner available. I am out without a car and not able to go to work until this is fixed.
