My car has currently been there for 3 days for a diagnostic that I scheduled an appointment for and still hasn’t been seen. They also don’t drive to St Charles so I had to take a Lyft home. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop.
Don’t understand why I make an appointment a week ago, and drop off the car the night before and the car can’t be seen until 2 days later. Inconvenience.
Charged my daughter $250 for a diagnostic check that took 5 minutes then tried to charge her over $1600 for a repair I ended up doing in my driveway in 2 hours… rip off artists
I can't compete against the car salesman/woman! That is my only negative point. Final price approx 15% to 20% over postd price.... sales department were pleasant and as blunt as I was... the MAIN point is that, I finally had enough money to purchase the new car of my choice there... they let me test drive within a few minutes of being there and within 3 days, I took the car home to my woman... she cried (joyfu) : )
