By far the most difficult car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Misleading information, poor customer service, and zero follow-through. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a dealership that stands behind their word and their inventory.
Scheduling at this location is a nightmare, you go into phone hell because no one ever answers the phone. Or, you get routed around to everyone in the company. Bommarito needs to step into the 21st century.
They staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they care about giving great customers services. They have coffee ☕️ and snacks while you wait on your vehicle
I reached out about a used car they had and I heard from Amanda almost immediately. She sent me pictures and set up an appointment for me to come and drive it. She was a delight to work with and the best part is that I got exactly what I wanted for my trade in!
