My (now) fiancé and I came here to design a custom engagement ring and wedding band for me, and Nikki was fantastic throughout the entire process. I am absolutely in love with the ring and truly thankful for the experience we had !
The staff was extremely friendly and kind when I stopped in with my son to get his watch resized. They explained everything to him in regards to how different people like to size their watch on their wrist and empowered him to make the best choice for him. Truly appreciate great customer service.

Went there to have an engagement ring appraised that I inherited. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Very welcoming and warm unlike another well known jewelry establishment I previously visited which was full of pretentious and cold employees. Kim was an absolute delight to work with and explained everything in detail. Would 100% recommend coming here and will definitely be returning to purchase something for that special someone in my life.
