My husband bought me a gift card for a 90 minute massage in February 2023. It was an electronic gift card which was emailed to me. I called to schedule the massage and was told that gift cards expire after one year of purchase. The email does not have an expiration date on it. I called and asked to talk to the owner and she was very rude and dismissive of me. She stated she would not honor the gift card because they were a small business. Patricia listened to my concerns and helped me to breathe correctly to improve drainage. I could see improvement that night and have freer range of motion in my right arm. Already looking forward to my next appointment
