i called to book an appointment for 2 people and had confirmed that it was in the books for 2 people, however when we showed up, they said it was only put down for 1 person so my mom wasn’t able to get her nails done :/ on top of that my nail popped off a week after getting them done and i hadn’t done any labor to cause that. i gave 3 stars because the stylist are super nice and always get the designs perfect but i honestly feel like this place is for stylists who are just practicing which is why its run a bit different.
Alexis has talent beyond anyone ! She is so sweet, gentle, kind and genuine. She's also funny 🤭 Alexis took her time, and made that I was happy with my nails before going on to the next step. Thank you so much Alexis for taking pride in your talent.
This review is for the owner. I called asking about getting my hair done and was given a raving referral to call Ashley who used to work here. Do to this positive referral I had a cut and color done with Ashley who expressed how she would never work at Bombshell again and that she felt sorry for future stylists that did. I did call and chat with the manager who is Ashley's friend that she does hair for on the side for her family members. The manager agreed with Ashley that it is the owners that make working here undesirable.... read more
If I could give 0 stars I would. Honestly kinda annoyed with how my tech treated me. I paid over $65 just for my nails to fall off like 2 days later and I “wasn’t allowed” to get what I wanted because SHE was 20 mins late to MY appointment… not to mention… SHE MADE ME FILE MY OWN NAILS?!?! Yeah I’m never coming back. 0/10 experience.
