We booked a condo for a month in February 2025. We were checking reviews in June and the listing had disappeared. We attempted to email and phone and got no response. Between credit card and VRBO we got our deposit back. Really disappointed. They seem to have disappeared.
Booked a summer rental in January. Cancelled two weeks before departure, with little explanation or follow up.
Booked months ago and let down 10 days before departure. Disgrace of a company.
