This was my first time calling Bombshells Salon, and unfortunately, my experience started off poorly. I called because I had seen a great review about Hailey and wanted to schedule an appointment with her. The woman who answered the phone made me feel like she was in a hurry to get off the call. She explained that all the stylists work independently and that I needed to already have the stylist’s information, which I found confusing and unwelcoming as a first-time caller. Noelle did amazing on my hair ! I'm so in love with it and will definitely be returning!
Absolutely inconsistent, as they hire straight out of school and went in for a nice bright blonde (like I get multiple times a year), spent nearly $400 and left with darker hair… The owner is also so rude. The stylist offered to redo my hair, went in and only did half of what they said they would do to lighten it again and the tone was even way off. Hailey did an amazing job with my hair! She was very attentive and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. I loved the final result. Great service and such a positive experience. I would definitely go back to her again!
