Have gone here sporadically and to different people for haircuts or color - 2/3 appts have been great. I’m not too picky about my cuts - just get a trim and touch up face frame. Last hair stylist used thinning shears without asking - hair is now thin and excessively short. Please have your stylists ask before using thinning shears - this will take a long time to fix. Likely won’t be back.
Rachel did an amazing job with my hair! She took the time to talk with me and helped me narrow down what I wanted and asked great questions. I will definitely be back!
After a less-than-stellar experience elsewhere, I found Elle for highlights and a haircut, and she's been amazing! She perfectly blended my highlights and is expertly helping me grow out some uneven layers from my previous stylist. I can't recommend her enough – she's got a fantastic personality and truly knows her craft!
Would not recommend Laura!! Have had my hair colored & cut by her for a long time. If you dare speak up and dislike your service, you get fired. Have never been fired from anything in my life. Especially a hairdresser. Nothing was ever 100% right with her. Bangs weren't even staight & too short this time. Terrible job! Love the salon but they are all private contractors. Tried to bring this up with salon owner & was told I could not since Laura is a private contractor.
First-time here and it was an absolute pleasure. Very relaxing atmosphere. Sami was my stylist and my cut and color came out exactly how I wanted. My hair looks great!! I'll definitely be back.
